the power of definition

2 weeks ago, a friend told me about malaysian government stated that malaysian have better welfare compared to germans. malaysians are less stress etc etc..

then i commented how powerful is a 'definition'. people might get round it..

and this article on 'gizi buruk' or bad nutrients is just telling us the same..
how a decision maker (policy maker, politician et al) might fool us..
what is the different between: 'gizi buruk' -bad nutrients- and 'kurang asupan gizi' -lacking nutrients intake-
